Whilst we are unable to provide you with our normal music lessons, music centres, county music groups and events due to Government restrictions we are putting our efforts into providing you with some educational, fun, inspiring links to enable you to keep your music making going! About Five Valleys Adult Wind Band

Five Valleys Adult Wind Band is a group specifically for adults players. Working at grade 4 and upwards, the group caters for those who would like to continue developing their playing and ensemble skills whilst at the same time enjoying the experience of being in a band.  We have a wide ranging repertoire including film, swing, and classical music and play several concerts a year.  Recently we've played in Cheltenham Town Hall, Pittville Pump Room and taken part in the National Concert Band Festival.

We are a friendly and supportive group, and you would be welcome to come and join us. Contact our Director, Jenny Steele before attending the first time.

 

Rehearsals are at Archway School in Stroud and take place from 9:30am-11:30am on a Saturday morning, term time only. We ask that members be a minimum standard of Grade 4. Please see the calendar for further rehearsal details.
